Best Tow – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Best Tow. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Best Tow (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers (“you” or “Customer”). By requesting or using our towing or roadside assistance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Best Tow offers the following services:

• Vehicle towing (local and long-distance)
• Roadside assistance (e.g., jump-starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, tire changes)
• Accident recovery
• Vehicle storage (if applicable)

Services are provided subject to availability and conditions at the location.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle and location.
• Remain in a safe area while waiting for service.
• Ensure the vehicle is legally accessible for towing or service.
• Pay all service fees as outlined at the time of request.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website or invoice.

4. Liability and Damages

• Best Tow is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or personal property.
• We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable conditions.
• Liability for any damage directly caused by our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
• You agree to inspect your vehicle upon service completion and report any concerns immediately.

5. Abandoned Vehicles

If a vehicle is left in our possession and unclaimed beyond [1] days, storage fees may apply. Vehicles unclaimed after [7] days may be subject to sale or disposal in accordance with local laws.

6. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made before the truck is dispatched.
• If the service is canceled after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Conditions are deemed unsafe.
• The customer is abusive, intoxicated, or non-compliant.
• The vehicle is in a location that is inaccessible or illegal to service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
